  • Beef eye of round.

Baking

Cook thoroughly (1-3 minutes depending on the size of the pieces) or until internal temperature reaches 160 ⁰F/71 ⁰C for beef & pork and 165 ⁰F/74 ⁰C for chicken.

 

Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Defrost & handling

Thaw meat in package in the refrigerator overnight or remove from cardboard box and immerse package in cold running water for 20 minutes.

 

Do not refreeze thawed product.

 

Wash work surfaces, utensils and hands with soap & water after manipulating raw meat.
