A family of entrepreneurs
Our story began in 1985, when Michel Lacroix founded a business that specialized in slicing fondue meat in Saint-Hyacinthe. Since then, Lacroix Meats has adapted to culinary trends by offering a wide range of processed meat products. Now, 30 years later, a new plant at the cutting-edge of technology welcomes the Lacroix sons, Maxime and Michael, as they take over leading 500 employees who proudly accompany them in building this homegrown company.
