Made of mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, shallot and Worcestershire sauce, our Southwest sauce is inexpensive and easy to make, and perfect for serving with your fondues. Inspired by the cuisine of the southwestern United States, which combines Spanish and Mexican influences, it can also spice up your submarine sandwiches and burgers, and add some kick to your fries and crudités. If you really feel like heating things up, mix in several drops of Tabasco!
